Please check the product when receiving it from the cargo company and if the product is damaged, please do not accept the product.
If the product/products you purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return them. You can apply for a return by contacting us within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
After you submit your application, you can send us the product(s) you wish to return using your shipping code.
Unfortunately, returns of used or damaged products cannot be accepted.
Once your return process is completed, your payment amount will be refunded to your credit card or bank account. The time it takes for your return amount to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank.
