Be sure to check the product when receiving it from the cargo and if the product is damaged, please do not accept the product.
If the product(s) you purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return them. You can apply for a refund by contacting us within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
After making your application, you can send us the product(s) you want to return with your cargo shipment code.
Unfortunately, returns of used or damaged products cannot be accepted.
When your return process is completed, your payment amount will be deposited back to your credit card or bank account. The time it takes for your refund amount to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank.
