When receiving the product from the cargo, make sure to check it and if the product is damaged, please do not receive the product.

 

If the product/products you have purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return them. You can apply for a refund by contacting us within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

After you have made your application, you can send the product/products you want to return to us with your courier code.

 

Unfortunately, the return of used or damaged products or products cannot be accepted.
